| The leading teacher of the Monitors’ Association Mr. Sam Chi Hou and Master Mok Iat Chung led the monitors of the Junior Form to visit the Centre of Operation and Civil Protection (COPC) at Taipa on January 9. After the introduction of the police officers, our monitors learned about the daily operation of the centre and the civil defense actions taken in accordance with the pre-programmed procedures and plans in the state of emergency prevention, rescue or disaster management. The police officer answered all the questions raised by the students. This activity deepened the monitors' understanding and respect for the civil defense work in Macao and they have benefited a lot by this visit. |
