| In the beginning of the New Year, in order to explore and know more about the ecological culture of nature, our school organized a special tour to Tai O Hong Kong this year. This ecological tour, explored the nature and enriched the diverse content of education. Led by our supervisor Fr. Francis Hung, our teachers first appreciated the scenery along the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and experienced the rapid development and progress of our Motherland China. Then they went to the island of Tai O, visited the Tai O Cultural and Ecological Resources Center, and participated in the production of food dumpling. Our teachers listened carefully to the introduction, carefully observed the biological forms along the way on the Tai O beach. Finally, they took a sailing tour out to sea along outer surface of Tai O where the Chinese white dolphins live and realized the mutual relationship between the environment and our living. This trip was rich in content, imbued with culture, education and environmental protection elements. Our teachers enjoyed a lot in the trip. The event was sponsored by the Macau Education and Youth Affairs Bureau. |
