In order to strengthen the youth's sense of national identity, the flag-raising team of the Public Security Police Force visited our school on 11th March and gave a lecture on "Flag-raising Ceremony Demonstration". Through the demonstration, teachers and students of our school can experience a solemn flag-raising ceremony together. Students stood solemnly as the national anthem played and all eyes were on the slowly rising national flag, regional flag and school flag. Through the lecture, the students also learnt more about the national flag and the regional flag, the requirements and precautions for flag-raising. Members of the flag-raising team also shared a video, showcasing the daily work of flag bearers, in hope of encouraging young people to develop positive values, to inheriting the culture of the police force and jointly guard our beautiful homeland – Macau. Students were even more active in the question and answer session, bringing the lecture to a successful end.
