This year's 'Gathered for Music' Talent Show has come to a successful end with presence of all our teachers and students. The show was held in four sessions with performers coming from a wide range of groups. The last session was on 27th May 2022 at the Indoor Playground, featuring trumpet trio, trombone quintet and diabolo performance. Performers F.3D Wong Kai Hei, F.3D Wong Kai Cheng and F.2D Lee Yiu Wo first brought us ‘Trumpet Duets’, followed by ‘Canon、Flamingos’, performed by F.3A Leong Chun Hei, F.3C Lei Hong Meng and F.2A Chao Ka Hing, F.1D Pun Lok Heo and F.1E Wong Pok Yat. The show ended with the crowd cheering for the amazing diabolo performance brought by F.3C Lau U Hin, JM3D Ho Yik and JM2D Ho Cheok.
The main purpose of the show was to create a platform for students to showcase their talents, explore and expend their learning areas, so that they would truly be a Yuet Wah student who is gifted in many. As the saying goes, one minute on stage takes ten years of work behind stage. The sweat shed on stage serves as a recognition to our students' personal growth. |
