The results of the 2024 Second Macao Secondary School Environmental Map Competition, organised by the Macao Geographic and Educational Research Association, were announced recently. This year’s competition centred on the theme of "Revitalisation," requiring participants to observe, think critically, and research their surrounding environment or people and events, ultimately creating an environmental map based on their findings.
Our students, Lam Chan Chak from SM1C and Lou Seng Ip from SM1D, along with Cheang Kit Hong from SM1B, entered the competition with their " Revitalised Travel Map of St. Augustine’s Church," winning a third prize. Additionally, Sun Ching Ioi from SM1C and Kun Lok Kan from SM1A teamed up to create the " Revitalised Travel Map of the Lai Chi Vun Area," earning an Honorable Mention. Congratulations to all the award-winning students!  |
