The Cath Buddies Catholic group held its third faith formation activity. This event invited Junior 1, Junior 2, F.1 & F.2 Catholic students to gather in the school chapel to meditate on John 5:1-17, where Jesus heals a helpless paralytic at the Pool of Bethesda. The key question Jesus asked — "Do you want to be healed?" — became the theme for group discussions and reflections. Through this gathering, Catholic students were encouraged to hold onto Christ’s hand in times of confusion and accept the help of the "little angels" (teachers, parents, and classmates) God places beside them.
At the end of the gathering, teachers and students had the Eucharistic Adoration. This precious moment allowed everyone to engage in deeper dialogue with God amid their busy lives, quietly listening and responding to His call. In the silence, all gave thanks to the Heavenly Father for the healing of their souls. Lord, we do — please heal us!  |
