Art is an essential element in life. Students are able to express their feelings and inner thoughts about life through creating art. Our school has always focused on art education, in hope of cultivating students' abilities in innovation and reflection. In the last school year, the extracurricular activities group has set up a platform for our students to showcase their art talents, which is to hold on-campus Art Exhibitions, focusing solely on students’ art works. All exhibitions held so far have been a success and therefore, the school has decided to hold the exhibition on a monthly basis. This plan was launched in September and was welcomed by students, and who have actively signed up. The first three student art exhibitions in this school year are painting exhibition - "Art of Living" by JM3D Cheang, Ioi Hei in November, followed by photography exhibition - "Hidden Treasure" by JM1D Chan, Hou Iam in early January. Lastly, F1D Wong Yik Hom will present painting exhibition "The Art of Pen" in February. All art works exhibited are of excellent quality and have been recognized by priests, teachers and students. This platform certainly can help students to start their own groundbreaking and successful journey of artistic creation.    |
