To support the science and technology development policy of the Macao Special Administrative Region, and to increase awareness of local scientific research achievements, five students from our school, namely Chan Wai U, Lau Meng Yuet, Ho Seng Ian, Chan Chon Hei, and Cheong Chong Hei, participated in the "Showcasing and Promoting Scientific Research Achievements campaign organized by the Science and Technology Development Fund. The campaign aims to promote scientific research achievements in Macao, and our school's selected research project was led by Associate Professor Sun Guoxing's team at the University of Macau. Their project focuses on the development of polymer-grafted nanoparticle foam for lightweight, energy-saving, and high-strength building materials.
During the campaign, the students had the opportunity to visit Professor Sun's laboratory at the University of Macau and communicate with Dr. Tang Jinzhu. We have included an interview video of the students during their visit for your viewing. https://youtu.be/yzJGHg4reS8 |
