On 4th June, the Art Department of our school launched a unique "Art Artisans Experience Programme" for students and teachers. The aim of this programme is to allow students to personally experience the work environment of art professionals, understand their important value and contributions in the field of art, and receive their support and guidance.
In this exceptional experience, students had the opportunity to engage in face-to-face exchanges with several renowned calligraphers and painters. Under the kind tutelage of these art professionals, students enjoyed the pleasure of calligraphy and painting creation, and were deeply impressed by the artisans' superb skills and unwavering professional attitude. Additionally, an art auction was held on the day of the event, attracting the attention of many art enthusiasts and collectors. Through this art artisan experience, students not only learned calligraphy and painting techniques, but also built a bridge for the exchange between the school and the local art community. More importantly, they learned from the artisans the passion and professionalism towards art, which has enhanced their self-confidence and made them recognise their own potential and the power of art. Our school will continue to promote such experiential activities, allowing students to experience the joy and challenges in the process of creating beauty, and ignite their enthusiasm for art, further exploring their own artistic talents.    |
