The Chinese Youth Advancement Association will hold the 2nd Cross-Straits, Hong Kong and Macao Youth Essay Competition. This academic year's theme revolves around "Ink Rhymes Connecting the Straits, Literary Rhymes Composing a Splendid Chapter." The aim is to deepen the recognition of national and ethnic identity among young people from the Cross-Straits and Hong Kong and Macao regions, enhance their writing skills, and broaden their horizons.
Participants are encouraged to write from perspectives related to cross-strait communication, national confidence, cultural heritage, and personal experiences, highlighting the practical significance of "One Country, Two Systems," "Cross-Straits and Four Regions," and "Belt and Road." The competition seeks to present the similarities and differences between compatriots across the straits in terms of form and system, and to collectively pursue a happy and fulfilling life.
Our school’s F6D student, Wong Sing Hou, excelled in this competition and received an Excellent Award in the High School category.
