To enhance students' understanding of traditional culture and cultivate their appreciation and taste for opera art, our school organized participation for SM3 and F6 teachers and students in the event “Appreciating National Treasures: Exploring Traditional Opera,” hosted by the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau. As one of China's treasures, traditional opera has a long history and rich cultural heritage. It is not only a form of performance but also a window into observing Chinese history, culture, and values. Through this program, we believe that students will experience the charm and uniqueness of opera, playing an important role in the mission of preserving and passing on the cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.
