On 9th December, the TV programme "Dynamic Teaching" team from the Education and Youth Development Bureau visited our school and successfully held a promotional event for all JM3, SM1 F3 and F4 students at the Jubilee Complex Hall, attracting around 520 participants. The purpose of this event was to help students understand future career options through sharing experiences in the banking industry.
The event featured special guest Mr. Lam Kuok Wan, the Branch Manager of the Bank of China, and business representative Mr. Ip Chi Kit. At the start of the event, the host introduced the mission of "Dynamic Teaching" and played the theme video titled 'Is Your Job Interesting?'. Following this, Mr. Ip shared insights from his banking career, delving into the daily tasks and development pathways within the financial sector, as well as the skills and qualifications required.
During the interactive session, students actively asked questions and engaged in lively discussions with the guest, gaining many practical suggestions and insights. This event not only enhanced students' understanding of the banking industry but also sparked their reflections on future careers. Both teachers and students expressed gratitude to the "Dynamic Teaching" team for their careful arrangements and to Mr. Ip for his insightful sharing, looking forward to more meaningful content being brought into the campus to jointly promote students' exploration and consideration of their future career planning.
