The 2025 University of Macau East Asia Model United Nations Conference, jointly organised by the University of Macau and the East Asia Model United Nations Association, received support from the Macao Foundation and the Macao Youth Federation. The conference, themed ‘Shaping a Global Future: Responsibilities and Actions from a Youth Perspective,’ aims to establish a platform for East Asian youth exchange, deepen international understanding education, cultivate awareness of global governance and intercultural communication skills among young people, and inspire them to address social issues with an international outlook, fulfilling their responsibilities in this era. Our student, Cheang Chon Chak from Form 3A, performed exceptionally well at the conference and received an Honourable Mention in the second committee.
