On 13th November, Yuet Wah College held its distinctive 'Centenary Fun Run,' which attracted over 300 enthusiastic teachers and students. The atmosphere was exceptionally lively, filled with laughter and cheers. We were honoured to have Father Ho Ka Fai, Rector of Salesians of Don Bosco, attend the event. He presided over the opening prayer and starting ceremony, marking the beginning of the 100th-anniversary celebrations.
The race was both exciting and closely contested, with all participants demonstrating great effort and a positive, striving spirit. Every student who completed the run within the designated time received a Centenary commemorative badge and certificate, becoming part of this historic running event. The top ten finishers were further awarded honorary Centenary medals, creating a lasting memory of their achievement. The entire event was brimming with joy and warmth. The mutual encouragement and collective effort between teachers and students fully embodied the united and caring spirit of Yuet Wah. The Centenary Fun Run concluded perfectly amidst laughter and applause, adding a vibrant chapter to the school’s centenary celebrations and leaving an unforgettable memory for every participant. Awards have been presented to the following teachers and students: Group A
