The opening ceremony of the First Student Off-campus Personal Art Exhibition Project of Yuet Wah College was successfully held on 9th March 2024, featuring the personal art exhibition of student Cheng Ioi Hei. This marks the school's first exhibition held in an off-campus art space, symbolising the school's emphasis on nurturing students' artistic literacy and practical abilities.
The opening ceremony took place at the Macau Art Gallery, with the attendance of numerous art-loving students and parents. Cheng Ioi Hei's artworks ranged from simple life scenes to magnificent natural landscapes, each piece representing the passion Cheng Ioi Hei possesses towards life. Principal Chow Pak Fai, in his opening speech, said, "Yuet Wah College has always been committed to cultivating students' artistic literacy and providing diverse learning platforms for students to showcase their talents in different fields. We are proud of Cheng Ioi Hei's achievements and hope that through today's art exhibition, more students present here will be inspired to pursue their dreams, continuously innovate, and courageously express themselves." This art exhibition project not only showcases students' individual achievements but also serves as an important initiative by Yuet Wah College to promote its art education. The school hopes that through such activities, students will be motivated to make continuous progress in artistic creation and provide an opportunity to showcase themselves and gain public recognition.
