| Our Catholic senior students went to the Salesian Youth Office to participate in the retreat on November 20. On that day, through games, hand-crafted works, confessions and masses, we meditated on the pastoral theme of this year's "Hope on our Lord is our motivation." During the mass, our school supervisor, Fr Yip Tai Ho shared : Humans have souls and bodies, the body brings us restrictions, but restrictions also make our choices more valuable. The reason why we have disappointment and pain sometimes is because we are finite, but only through finiteness can we exert love. We must learn to accept the God’s ingenious arrangement, so that our lives are full of hope. |
